VILLEA PORT DICKSON, 25 to 28 May 2025 — The spirit of camaraderie, teamwork, and pure sporting fun lit up Villea Port Dickson once again as the Attana Goodwill Games 2025 (AGG’25) brought together colleagues from across the Attana Hotels & Resorts family.
Now in its third year, AGG’25 continues to grow not just in scale but in impact. From beach soccer and volleyball to netball, ping pong, archery and even karaoke, the games proved that our team’s energy goes far beyond hotel walls. What began as a corporate sporting event has evolved into a celebration of unity, wellness and shared purpose.
This year, the spotlight shone bright once more on the Yellow Team, who emerged as champions for the third consecutive year, an incredible feat of consistency and determination. Hot on their heels was the White Team, making a strong leap from last year’s third place finish to secure second place, while Red, Blue and Green Teams followed closely, showcasing grit and grace throughout the competition.
Tuan Haji Ron Hasni Yusoff, Chief Operating Officer of Attana Hotels & Resorts, expressed his pride in the opening ceremony, reminding all athletes and supporters that AGG is more than just medals and scores. “It’s a platform to spark confidence, creativity, and above all, lasting friendships across our organisation,” he shared.
Indeed, it wasn’t just about winning. The true victory lay in the laughter during tug of war, the cheer for unexpected karaoke champions, and the quiet high fives after each game — moments that built bridges between hotels, departments and individuals.
The closing night was just as moving, with heartfelt thanks extended to the organising committees both at the corporate level and Villea Port Dickson for their tireless behind-the-scenes work. From meticulous logistics to meal plans and match schedules, their effort made every moment seamless.
In his closing address, Tuan Haji Ron reminded everyone, “Victory is sweet, but the essence of AGG lies in sportsmanship and unity. Let’s carry this momentum into our work and continue striving for excellence together.”
As the curtains fell and the cheers echoed along the coast, one thing became clear — AGG’25 wasn’t just a series of games. It was a powerful reminder of what it means to belong to Team Attana.
