Team spirit at its finest!
On the 7th and 8th of June 2023, Attana Hotels & Resorts Goodwill Games 2023 (AGG 2023) brought together our incredible team members from all properties at Villea Port Dickson, fostering a sense of unity, camaraderie, and unwavering teamwork. From happening parade ceremonies to thrilling and exciting games, fun karaoke contests and entertaining Hawaiian dinner themes, it allowed us to bond and grow together.
We kickstarted the day with an exciting opening ceremony featuring opening speeches by the COO of Attana Hotels & Resorts, Mr Ron Hasni Yusoff, followed by a grand parade by all participating teams according to their respective groups which are grouped in White, Red, Yellow, Blue and Green colours.
Let the games begin!
Every team competed against each other in thrilling sports tournaments, including beach volleyball and soccer matches, archery contests, competitive ping pong, darts and carrom, showcasing their skills, strategic thinking, and team spirit as they strive for victory.
We ended the day with exciting karaoke contests at night to keep the energy high throughout the day while creating unforgettable moments of laughter and enthusiasm.
On the last night, we had a Hawaiian-themed dinner with all the participants dressed in colourful tropical shirts or skirts and Hawaiian Leis. The highlight of the evening was the celebration of outstanding performances and sportsmanship at the end of the event with a grand award ceremony. Cheering for teammates and colleagues as they are recognised for their excellent contributions made the night even more exciting and prestigious.
